Privacy policy

The short version

We collect as little as we can. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not set tracking cookies, and we never ask you for health information through this website.

What we collect

  • If you join the email list: your first name and your email address. Nothing else, and only because you typed it in.
  • If you place an order: your name, delivery address, contact details and the size you chose. These are collected by Stripe at checkout and passed to us so we can ship the order.
  • Whenever anyone visits: aggregate, anonymous page and button counts, through a privacy-focused analytics tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. We can see that a page was viewed. We cannot see who viewed it.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not ask about your diagnosis, your symptoms, your feeding history or your medications, and there is no field on this site in which to tell us. If you volunteer health details in an email, we treat that message as confidential and do not add it to any list or record.

Card details

Payments run through Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers. Stripe holds it under its own privacy terms as the payment processor.

Who else handles your information

  • Stripe — payment processing and checkout.
  • FormSubmit — delivers the email-list form to our inbox.
  • GoatCounter — cookieless, aggregate analytics.
  • Our shipping carrier — the address on the parcel.
  • Our parent company — operates the checkout account through which orders are processed.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it for marketing purposes. Nobody outside that list gets it unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require, which is currently seven years. Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, and are deleted shortly afterwards. Analytics data is aggregate from the moment it is collected, so there is nothing in it to delete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top of this page and, if you are on the email list, say so in an email.
