Both. It is designed to be compatible with nursing, pumping, and your regular everyday life. The modules ease discomfort and support milk flow while you have it on. As with anything you wear, stop if something does not feel right, and check with your clinician or lactation consultant if you are unsure.

Take out the two modules — they lift straight out, so there is nothing to clean around — and put the garment in the machine. The modules themselves get a wipe with a damp cloth as necessary. Do not submerge them.

Sizes run XXS to XXL and you pick yours at checkout. If you already wear a nursing bra, order the size you wear in that. If it is wrong when it arrives, the 30-day window covers it — send it back and we will sort out the right one.
